- Under general supervision, serves as a System Operations Controller for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
- Performs job control procedures including review, research and analysis work to resolve scheduling or job stream errors using Job Control Language (JCL), available documentation, and procedures.
- Assists and works closely with technical personnel, including application and system programming and production control staff, to review and report problems or errors with batch jobs and schedules.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology field.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
