Amergis Case Manager in Springfield, Missouri
$45/hr.
Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a qualified Case Manager who would be interested in a 13-week, Full-Time Contract with a Healthcare Facility in Springfield, MO. Additional details of the contract position are below:
Position Title: Case Manager
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay Rate (Local): $45 per hour
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday, Day shift
· 5x8s
Duration: 6 Weeks (possible extension)
Requirements:
Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred)
Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement
2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in a Rehab Care setting
