What’s a typical day as a Shared Services Operations Specialist? You’ll be:
Following standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks.
Responsible for performing various tasks such as logging checks, processing documents, and working CLEAR queues.
Placing outbound calls to insurance carriers and receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.
Providing assistance and backup as needed to meet client requirements and SLA's.
Handling other duties/projects based on business needs.
