We are a local small company here in Springfield, Oregon, looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. If you have true craftsmanship and want to show it in the attention to detail you give, are a hard worker, you\'re for our team. Responsibilities\' included and are not limited to: - Perform various carpentry tasks including remodeling, siding installation, frame carpentry, and maintenance person repairs. - Install fixtures such as doors and windows effectively. - Assist with water damage restoration projects. - Hang doors and perform general building tasks. - Install and or repair flooring of different varieties. - Cabinetry hanging -Install Counter tops (not granite/ quartz) -Install or Repair Tile -Install or Repair Interior and Exterior Trim Work -Install or Repair Fences or Decks Flawlessly. - knowledge of Drywall and Texturing Preferred. - Drive Company Vehicle/ Tow Trailers -Pick up work materials. -Give guidance to junior carpenters at times. -This job does have a lot of painting jobs, knowledge of painting is desired and willing to learn from a Senior team member on painting. Requirements**: -Minimum 2 years as a Carpenter Experience. -Proficiency in reading a tape measure, cutting materials and using carpentry tools -Valid Oregon Drivers License with the ability to show up to work on time. Driving record needs to be able to be insurable. -Lift heavy materials. - Work overtime especially in summer. - We would prefer 40 hours a week with possible overtime if needed. **Pay will be based off experience starting between \$20-\$22.**
