Sisel International, LLC Marketing Project Coordinator in Springville, Utah

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating all marketing projects and initiatives. This role will also assist with managing product development processes and timelines as well as the product label process, including coordination of design, updates, reviews, and approvals. The Marketing Project Coordinator will assist with the cross-functional planning, development, and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and assets. Within the Marketing Team, the Marketing Project Coordinator will assign and coordinate tasks with writers, designers, and other project owners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Timeline and manage all marketing projects and initiatives, including digital, web, print, and packaging strategies and execution.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects among cross-functional teams and assist in executing marketing objectives.

  • Manage project initiation process and marketing asset management.

  • Assist with product development initiatives and manage the product label process.

  • Help run data analysis reports for sales, promotions, campaigns and contests,

  • Help plan and manage various corporate events, including red carpet visits, corporate attended distributor events, and conventions.

  • Manage monthly recognition and rank advancement reports, and send certificates, trophies, pins, and letters.

  • Liaise with foreign offices to coordinate written content and translations.

  • Assist with competitive industry and market research and competitive product analyses.

  • Manage, source, and work with third parties for branded materials.

  • Other assignments as directed.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  

  • Marketing, Communications, or English degree, or 1-3 years of equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Experience in software project management systems, such as Asana is helpful

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven.

  • Ability to write convincingly and effectively.

  • Experience with digital and social media marketing is helpful.

  • Previous experience managing events is helpful.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS (approximation of total workday):

    Position is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and kneel. Lift from 15 to 20 pounds occasionally.
