Description

The Department of Biology at St. Bonaventure University invites applications for a Lecturer position beginning Fall 2025, with the potential for renewal. The ideal candidate for this position is intrinsically motivated to teach undergraduate students in classroom and instructional laboratory settings.

Examples of Duties

Main responsibilities will include teaching and coordinating our general biology lectures and laboratories for non-science majors, with the potential to contribute to other courses in Biology as needed.

Typical Qualifications

Applicants must have a master’s degree or higher in biology, or a closely related field, while having the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other members of the department. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
