Description
Accountemps is seeking a detailed Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.
Key responsibilities:
Provide customer service to internal business partners
Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing
Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
Execute additional tasks as needed
Requirements
-2+ years of accounting experience
-Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Competent with spreadsheets and databases
-Highly organized and self-motivated
-Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
