About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented On Call Housekeeper to join our team in Talamore St. Cloud. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to our clients. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be critical to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to speak, read, and write in English Manual dexterity and ability to perform basic mathematical computations Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping or property management Experience with floor care and reaching overhead Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish Responsibilities: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks at our properties Ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the property management team Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues Skills: As a Housekeeper, you will use your manual dexterity and attention to detail to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks at our properties. You will also use your ability to follow oral and written instructions to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to our high standards. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with floor care and reaching overhead will be beneficial in completing your day-to-day responsibilities.
