POSITION SUMMARY

As the Business Procurement Partner of Direct Material, you will be responsible for supporting consumer business units (CBU), market business strategy objectives, and creating value for the business through total delivered costs. You will have ownership on providing insight for end-to-end business and critical material impacting the consumer business units.

  • Understand CBU strategies, priorities and business demand changes, and translate them into needs so the information can be integrated into Procurement category strategies across Above Market and At Market Teams at an actionable level.

  • Consider current and future demand. Work with the team to ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place for key materials.

  • Involved at project development.

  • Partner with other functional groups in developing strategy, material, or supplier needs for the project's outlined Scope of Work.

  • Support and resource Procurement Performance Acceleration opportunities for the local or global Procurement team as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Experience: 3+ years’ project management, purchasing, procurement, logistics or related experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
