As a Water Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead teams to provide water mitigation, drying and mold remediation services for our customers. Water damage could include flooding, sewer backup, appliance malfunction, and sprinkler head/pipe bursts. Our goal is to restore our customer's homes and businesses to their pre-loss conditions.

What It Takes:
Attention to detail
Lead, direct, and coach a crew toward efficient, effective, safe, profitable, quality income.
Follow the scope of work provided by the Project or Production Manager
Current, valid driver's license
Perform water extraction, demolition, contents pack out, structure clean, and other tasks as needed
Enter job data in technology systems as required by the job
Ability to obtain and maintain a Class E driver's license within 30 days of hire

Shift Available:
Work schedule includes four 10-hour shifts, consisting of three weekdays and every Saturday
All shifts should have the flexibility to work an additional 2 hours over the scheduled end time to accommodate the emergency service nature of our business.
