Location : Home office based in the greater Seattle, WA, Portland, or the Bay Area.
Eastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and long-term territory management. This includes prospecting and cultivating relationships within the dealerships to bring in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and utilize territory management plans
Identify opportunities to prospect and convey into long term partners
Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities
Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell additional products
Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales
Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues
Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance, service issues and concerns
Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms to dealership decision makers
Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms, and other conditions
Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team.
Engage effectively with SFDC and opportunity management process.
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to support Dealership
Recommend and build marketing strategies within the dealerships to build a robust program
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience required
10+ years of professional experience is desired
BS/BA in business related discipline preferred
Previous outside sales experience essential
Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools
Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable
Traits: passion for selling, tenacious, inquisitive

Home location can be anywhere in the greater Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or the Bay Area.
Responsible for F2F visits throughout the territory, 50% travel
