World Wide Technology IT HRIS/HRIC Solutions Data Architect in St. Louis, Missouri

Technical/functional experience you will need:
Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or relevant work experience required.
Minimum of five years of experience manipulating large datasets and using relational and multidimensional databases both on-prem and in the cloud.
A strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, incentive compensation, performance management, and compliance.
Experience with HR data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA).
Knowledge of scaling large data storage and processing, queues/pipeline-processing.
Familiarity with basic principles of distributed computing and/or distributed databases.
Understanding of reporting and analytical software such as Webfocus, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle EPM, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), or similar tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of Oracle modules and supporting analytics modules
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems like ADP, Oracle, Paycor, UKG, Callidus, and Workday.
Understanding and experience with data extraction (ETL) methodologies and tools.
Experience with low-code or no-code solutions and platforms.
Experience with data integration and data mapping tools.
Experience with REST-based APIs, Data Streaming, and various data integration
Experience collaborating with clients to solve complex problems.
Agile or Scaled development methodologies experience is a plus.
