We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leaders in our Rock Hill headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of related experience and must be exceptionally organized, collaborative, proactive, and self-reliant.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Executive Assistant will provide support to Executive Leaders in both a professional and personal capacity
Complex calendar and meeting management
Scheduling and coordination for various meetings, events, and speaking engagements
Communication liaison between internal departments and Executive Leaders
Partner closely with other enterprise-wide executive assistants across the organization to plan and execute meetings, and other events
Share office/facilities management responsibility with other administrative professionals in office
Client relations (gifts, events, etc.)
Travel coordination for demanding professional and personal schedule
Records management and document control
Ad hoc special projects and other Office Management as needed (including facilities management, vendor relations, mail sorting, etc.)
Expense reporting using Concur
Maintain high level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion and judgement
Read, write, prepare correspondence, conduct research, interpret data, and proof documents
Ability to present information professionally and proofread for spelling and grammar
Build strong relationships and proactively collaborate with others
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
5-15 years of experience supporting a senior executive in both professional and personal endeavors
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
Impeccable customer service skills and the desire to create “Raving Fans”
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities and under tight deadlines
Proactive, self-starter
Ability to manage different personalities and interface with individuals at all levels
