Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Global Treasury Technology and Process Sr. Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead technology solutions for corporate treasury across cash, liquidity, banking, capital, and financial risk management. The person hired for this role will be responsible for business process design, implementation, compliance, treasury-specific technologies, driving technology optimization, and process excellence.Assist and support the implementation of new treasury applications (Kyriba), providing guidance on features, functionalities, and best practices.Research and lead proof of concepts on new technologies and digital solutions for Treasury. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new digital processes.Drive implementation of automation opportunities that leverage digital technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, and Robotic Process AutomationResponsible for Industry initiatives; evaluating market disrupters to understand the feasibility for Solventum's Corporate Treasury.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems, and/or Accounting or higher AND seven (7) years of finance, accounting or IT job experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's Degree in Business AdministrationCertifications such as CTP or CFAStrong organization, prioritization, and communication skillsDemonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems.Strong process execution, attention to detail, and customer service mindset; ability to work pro-actively and independently, prioritize multiple tasks meeting tight deadlinesSelf-motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skillsStrong experience with deploying/managing Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, Quantum, etc.)Strong computer and digital analytics skills (PBI, Alteryx etc.)Work location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
