Human Resources Generalist (Onsite/Hybrid) The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the administration of human resources programs and processes including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, employee data maintenance, compliance, and reporting. The HR Generalist will support and collaborate with the HR team in various projects and initiatives. Job Functions Develops and oversees success strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain strong and diverse talent Leads all aspects of talent acquisition process including creating job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers on the selection and offer process Oversees and supports interview scheduling process and tracks all interviews on the open position pipeline Prepares and delivers compensation offers for new hires Develops and fosters relationships with academic, veterans, affinity, and professional organizations to ensure a robust talent pool Owns and executes all pre-boarding and onboarding tasks and follows-up appropriately Requests background checks, drug tests, and any necessary pre-employment testing that is required Manages and delivers new hire orientation Administers new hire surveys and drives improvement opportunities based on feedback Serves as point of contact for employee inquiries through the HR inbox; finds solutions and escalates as needed Partners with HR Specialists to manage employee data in HR systems Collaborates with HR team, leadership, and employees in engagement activities Assists HR team members with performance management and compensation processes Supports HR compliance activities Prepares reports and people analytics for leadership and board presentations Recommends, implements, and administers programs that support and focus on the culture desired by the AgriBank management team Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field 3 years' related experience Human resources experience as an advisor and partner Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions described above Required Knowledge and Skills Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Intermediate skill using HR information system (HRIS) software Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies, and programs Basic knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations affecting employment decisions Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds AgriBank is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
