Do you possess a solid understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures? Have you had the opportunity to support a Corporate HR Service Excellence area within multiple areas (benefits, verifications, health and well-being, compensation, investments, and employee relations) and desire to take the experience to a Minnesota-based company that prides itself on low attrition due to the exceptional culture? This opportunity will be onsite two days a week to collaborate and for team building. The other three days will be working from the comfort of your own home. Free parking is being offered for the remainder of 2024!
salary: $22 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities
Support the Human Resources Service Excellence Center with a variety of tasks by showcasing your solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
Receive, research, and respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedures, health and wellness benefits, investment benefits, and verifications of employment
Guide and assist existing and ex-employees of the company through the phone line, chat line, and email
Evaluate and escalate situations to HRSC Leader if needed
Listen, access, and research individual inquiries and situations
Provide additional material and reach out points when the situation presents itself
Conduct necessary communication with functional specialists and outside vendors
Administer HR policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas
Collaborate with other HR Service Center team members to resolve unique and complicated associate issues
Perform HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday
Document all findings
