Regions Hospital Ingredients Room Attendant in St. Paul, Minnesota

Regions Hospital is seeking a candidate with a positive and cheerful attitude to join our team as an Ingredient Room Attendant in our Food & Nutrition Department! The Ingredient Room Attendant's role is responsible for the following: Assist the Food Production Supervisor to maintain an efficient inventory control system Accurately weigh and measure recipe ingredients for and adhere to recipes and portion control Maintain safe and sanitary storage area by following department sanitation policies and procedures Other duties as assigned FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week Work Schedule: 6am-230pm; Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to read, write and follow and/or oral instructions. Knowledge of current local and government food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to push food carts and lift up to 50 pounds.
