Or, do you have financial service operations experience and desire to be part of a cohesive team? This role is made for the mover and shaker, knowledge seeker. It is ideal for the Business Professional who is motivated by processing information, operational accountabilities, inputting large amounts of data, and being an important team member of a team that believes in continuous process improvement. You will be able to showcase your computer skills, research, critical thinking skills, and engaging client service skills. You will be set up to work onsite 1-2 days a week with other eager team members as well as interact with Senior Leadership. Free parking is available in the company's parking ramp through the rest of 2024.

Responsibilities
Create online system claim records for multiple types of life insurance products
Enter claim data into multiple systems to initiate the payout
Audit and clarify received information for accuracy
Reach out to multiple parties to obtain additional information
Contact policyholders and internal departments for missing claim paperwork and needed information
Prepare and process correspondence for front-end imaging
Process system image failures
Research and index claim incoming mail
Monitor emails sent to department email
Verify claim payments throughout the day for accuracy and that proper protocol has been followed
Partner with Accounting associates to ensure all claim checks are managed appropriately
