Genesis10 Labeling Analyst in St. Paul, Minnesota

Genesis10 is seeking a Labeling Analyst for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. Job Description: The Labeling Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing labeling systems, the label printer technology and labeling processes within the organization. This role involves documenting and analyzing current labeling application and hardware technology, creating a roadmap toward application and hardware standardization, and executing that roadmap based on the business priority. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of labeling application and hardware technologies and regulations and hands-on support and execution mindset. Key Responsibilities: Application Labeling System Management: Oversee and maintain labeling systems, ensuring their functionality and reliability. Labeling Hardware: Inventory and outline the technology in place including age and supportability; facilitate conversations with business leadership and vendors to outline a support strategy for the physical hardware and ongoing maintenance Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing labeling processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of labeling processes, system configurations, and compliance requirements for the application and the labeling printer hardware Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on labeling systems and labeling hardware. Vendor Management: Coordinate with labeling application and hardware vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and support. Data Analysis: Analyze labeling data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to labeling system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand labeling requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Required Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Experience in working in warehouse or manufacturing line Experience working with inline labeling or print and apply) Technical Skills: Proficiency in labeling software and printer technologies. Experience with ERP and PLM systems. Strong understanding of database management and data analysis tools. Experience with the following labeling applications, Bartender, Labelview, Banking, strongly desired Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific labeling regulations and standards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certifications in labeling systems, project management, or related areas. Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with advanced labeling technologies and automation tools. Industry Experience: Experience in industries with stringent labeling requirements such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or medical devices. Work Environment: This role typically operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel to manufacturing sites or vendor locations. May involve working with various stakeholders across different time zones.
