Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$75,500.00 - $124,700.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Learning is essential to everything we do. As a Learning Partner you will collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts on project deliverables to identify, develop, and execute learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals and objectives. You will participate in the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies. You will build and foster strong relationships with business partners and learning teams.
What Will You Do?
Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources based on business needs.
Gather and synthesize information and data to identify recommendations for learning solutions.
Partner to develop objective statements, understand personas, intended outcomes, processes and systems, and measurements for supported line of business, program, or function.
Maintain consistent learning processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency across Travelers.
Support and inform curriculum development which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives. Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions.
Assist with planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create strategies to support adoption of changes.
Write business processes and procedures leveraging knowledge of business/product specific methodologies and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Bachelor’s degree.
Four years of experience in respective business operation or other learning and development environment.
Experience with writing and developing learning resources.
Awareness of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies with the ability to assist with implementation of those technologies.
General knowledge of the business/personal insurance industry.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with others.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
What is a Must Have?
- Two years’ experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
