USDA Rural Development Loan Specialist (Realty) in St. Paul, Minnesota
- Reviews loan applications for completeness and conformance with all Rural Development requirements. - Prepares as applicable, conditional commitment, funding commitment and notification of loan closing, and certificate of eligibility and either approves or submits to approving official. - As directed by the Centralized Servicing Center (CSC), conducts field site visits to determine occupancy and conformance with Single Family Housing (SFH) loan requirements for liquidation actions. - Develops, implements and coordinates an outreach and marketing program for the SFH programs.
