We're seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic with blow mold experience to keep our production lines running smoothly.
Your Mission:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery with a focus on blow molding equipment
Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and maximize machine efficiency
Optimize changeovers and setups for seamless production transitions
Collaborate with operators to identify and resolve issues
Utilize your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to keep production humming
Your Expertise:
5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with blow molding
strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
Installation & Repair: Install, repair, maintain diverse industrial machinery (mechanical & electrical).
Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Utilize tools (voltmeters, schematics) to diagnose and fix malfunctions, analyzing error messages & collaborating with operators.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine tasks (cleaning, lubrication, part replacement) to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment longevity.
Equipment Set-up & Changeover: Adjust production equipment to meet product specs & production goals, ensuring smooth transitions between processes.
Equipment Testing: Thoroughly inspect & test repaired equipment for functionality & safety before production reintroduction.
Parts Fabrication: Fabricate replacement or modified parts via welding & metalworking.
Blueprint Interpretation: Utilize technical drawings to understand equipment installation, operation & maintenance.
New Equipment Integration: Install new or modified equipment, ensuring optimal production line integration.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to improve plant operations, efficiency & productivity.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations & GMP.
Documentation: Complete maintenance logs, repair reports & work orders accurately & promptly.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 100lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
