What you will get to do: * Build, lead, train, and encourage your team members to be the best version of themselves. * Oversee and engage all employees to use the correct raw goods and amounts of materials to complete the perfect mixture for our Splash Wash and RV. * Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times. * Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance & appearance. * Operate world class equipment to build out top quality products and ensure ship dates are met. * Reviews all hazardous waste management assigned from Quality Control with their line leads * Quality Control - visually inspect products. * Drive accuracy with our warehouse management system for all inventory items. * Work directly with the railroad. * Ability to work with all areas of the plant. * Accurately complete written documentation of products made and quality measurements. * Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed. * Assist other team members and duties as needed. What we are looking for in you: * 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience in a leadership role is preferred. * Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is highly preferred but not required * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * High Mechanical aptitude level * Ability to ensure employees complete written documentation of products made and quality measurements. * Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed. * Ability to work maintain & enforce safety expectations. What's it like to work here: Work is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting around machinery. Physical essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: alternative standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and walking around facility. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to consistently work in extreme temperatures.
