Here you will make an impact by:Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Planning on service, cost, and cash.Being a strong business partner in setting direction on Inventory and Spending for Global Supply Chain (plant, area, supply chain, IBP, business, sourcing, logistics) in conjunction with and to support the needs of the Global Supply Chain operations.Developing and driving end-to-end (E2E) processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support Global Supply Chain planning, execution, tracking and mitigation plans.Ensuring consistency of operations and reporting across Global Supply Chain, portfolio actions and operations.Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support weekly rhythms/updates, month end close activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat Plans.Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and compliance in Global Supply Chain planning processes.Collaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to implement and maintain an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.Analyze planning spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance to financial standardsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start)Ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance, or financial accounting in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of experience in planning, manufacturing, and supply chain finance related rolesExperience developing, deploying, and maintaining a successful IBP processAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree from an accredited institutionProven business finance manufacturing and supply chain operations expertiseExpertise in global execution model design and governanceProven communication skills and ability to interact with and influence leaders at all levelsAbility to define and deploy global strategies and operational rhythm for planning, manufacturing, and supply chain financeDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global team to develop/deploy/improve standardsStrong principle-based coaching and collaboration skillsWork location:Open to Remote, Hybrid or Onsite locationsTravel: May include up to 15-20% TravelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
