Participate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution. Support meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Perform functional and technical analysis of the clients' current business process and supporting documentation. Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of business process. Ensure the business analysis deliverables are technically feasible. Monitor progress and provide status reports to the Sagitec management. Communicate to technical resources for continued implementation of the solution. Execute production rollout activities. Support end users during User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements. Job Location: Position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Any), Business, or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Designer, Developer, Tester, or Analyst. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must possess 3 years of team leadership experience and 2 years of pension, retirement systems, or unemployment systems domain experience.
