As a Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for identifying and developing 30+ Camp Noah national events annually. This role includes creating and maintaining sustainable relationships with new and existing partners to host and fund Camp Noah events, as well as with key leaders invested in the disaster recovery of children. As a member of the Camp Noah Program Management Team you will assume a leadership role. Exciting opportunity to help children throughout the country who have been affected by disasters and other trauma. Understanding of children's mental health and ability to raise funds is preferred. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field Experience working with church, non-profit and government agencies Skilled in relationship development Community engagement/ development experience Extensive travel experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Marketing and multi-media experience, including social media Strong public relations and public speaking skills Personal resiliency skills Self-motivated, high energy and compassionate An understanding of and compassion for vulnerable populations Experience with foundations and non-profit funding practices Cross-cultural community experience Knowledge of disaster trauma and its impact on individuals and communities.
