ManpowerGroup Maintenance Planner in St. Peters, Missouri

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing and consumer packaging equipment experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Location: St Peters, MO (onsite)

Pay: $28.50

Contract: 1 Year (extension/conversion possible)

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for coordinating materials and personnel to complete various maintenance activities

  • Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope and analysis of required level of planning

  • Conducts field walk downs to identify and document job requirements.

  • Identify specific safety hazards that will be encountered in the performance of the proposed work.

  • Makes safety procedures including lock out tag out procedures available to employees

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.

  • Technical knowledge of consumer packaging equipment and operations is a must . Both liquid filling and/or powder filling maintenance experience is desired but not required.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree in a technical field or technical trade school education post high school is desired but not required.

  • Ability to think logically, plan effectively, and communicate both to hourly associates and plant senior leadership.

  • Must be able to stand, bend, climb, squat and site for extended periods while performing tasks
