ManpowerGroup Maintenance Planner in St. Peters, Missouri
Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing and consumer packaging equipment experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Location: St Peters, MO (onsite)
Pay: $28.50
Contract: 1 Year (extension/conversion possible)
What’s the Job?
Responsible for coordinating materials and personnel to complete various maintenance activities
Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope and analysis of required level of planning
Conducts field walk downs to identify and document job requirements.
Identify specific safety hazards that will be encountered in the performance of the proposed work.
Makes safety procedures including lock out tag out procedures available to employees
What’s Needed?
Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of consumer packaging equipment and operations is a must . Both liquid filling and/or powder filling maintenance experience is desired but not required.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree in a technical field or technical trade school education post high school is desired but not required.
Ability to think logically, plan effectively, and communicate both to hourly associates and plant senior leadership.
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, squat and site for extended periods while performing tasks
