Must have the following in order to apply:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of One plus (1+) years of previous experience working with children in a developmental setting
• CDA or equivalent, completion of MODS (Introductory Child Care Training, Parts 1 and 2)
• Must be able to interact with infants, toddlers and young children for an extended period of time both indoors and outdoors
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ableto lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work a flexible schedule and extended hours, as needed

**Required Screenings: Drug Testing/Screening (Pre-Employment/Random); Background Checks (Local/State/Federal) and Fingerprint Level II Check. Drug Free Workplace.

Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on the company'svalues
• Assists in the supervision of children, classroom, and all activities
• Implements curriculum within the established guidelines
• Establishes and enforces rules to promote positive behavior
• Attends to children's basic needs including supervising mealtimes, playground times and free play
• Attends and participates in family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and staff training
