As a Material Optimization Project Manager, you will be working with a broad range of raw & packaging materials on several projects that typically involve the following:

  • Evaluate alternative raw & packaging materials according to business objectives, such as cost, quality, supplier agility & lead time;

  • Lead technical trials and consultations with Manufacturing, Research & Development, Purchasing and other contributing groups;

  • Coordinate discussions with suppliers of raw & packaging materials;

  • Design and develop technical specifications for new materials;

  • Lead qualifications of new raw & packaging materials on production lines;

  • Solve equipment problems related to materials stability, working closely with production staff.

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly s alary 155 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

  • A higher education degree is required (up to 3 years since graduation)

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical capabilities

  • Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn

  • Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams, flexibility

  • Technical educational background is preferable, but not required

  • Project management experience is preferable, but not required

  • Relevant experience on the same position from 1 to 3 years is preferable, but not required
