VF is looking for an exceptional Data Conversion & Cleansing Lead to join our Enterprise data management team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

We are seeking a highly skilled Leader to oversee data conversion / cleansing and related release management for a large-scale international business transformation project for global Fashion brands. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data conversion projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
Manage and execute data conversion projects : Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope, creating a high-quality set of data in our new environments.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets : Drive business insights and support decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues : Efficiently and effectively address data discrepancies.
Collaborate with and manage cross-functional teams : Understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions through inspiring team management.
Communicate findings and recommendations : Provide verbal and written reports to stakeholders.
Skills for Success
Excellent customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Proven expertise in (master) data conversion and related project management.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within scope.
Experience with ERP and MDM systems and large-scale data migration projects.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
