KEY INFORMATION

  • Start date: April 1st 2025.

  • For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

  • We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

Eligibility Requirements (must have):

  • You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025

  • You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for a: Graphic Design & Brand Communication intern to join within Napapijri VF EMEA Internship Program. with comprehensive knowledge of key communication channels and platforms.

This role will work closely with the Creative Team and Brand & Communications Team , contributing to graphic design projects, supporting spatial design efforts, and assisting in the coordination of brand and communications-related activities.

The Graphic Design & Brand Communication intern will support the team in:

  • Graphic Design: Contribute to develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity through graphic designs such as posters, banners, flyers etc. Assist in the creation of internal documents and presentations. Other responsibilities: Edit, crop, resize, and retouch images to meet company standards, the person will participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing new design ideas and concepts, coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, cost-effective production of material and develop creative and interactive design solutions.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, liaise with external event management agencies to ensure smooth execution of events, manage event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met and collaborate with internal teams to align on event objectives and deliverables.

  • Communications Support: Assist in managing relationships with PR and social media agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives, review the monthly social media editorial calendar to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals, coordinate with teams to implement necessary amendments and updates to the editorial calendar. The person will also support the planning and execution of PR activities to enhance brand visibility during key moments and monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

At the end of the Trainee period you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:

  • Enhance skill in graphic design by creating and editing a variety of visual materials

  • Gain experience in event coordination, working with agencies and internal teams

  • Learn how to manage PR and social media campaigns

  • Develop the ability to monitor and report on media coverage and the effectiveness of PR activities to improve brand visibility

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Skills that will make you succeed:

  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

  • Basic proficiency in: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Mac OS environment

  • Additional skills in video editing or 3D design are a strong advantage: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro and Unreal Engine / Maya / Cinema 4D / Blender

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines

  • Passion and enthusiasm for design and event planning, with a creative flair

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities as needed

  • Excellent multitasking skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
