As an Employee Workflows Solutions Consultant you bring your passion for HR technology to our clients in the UK&I region. You combine HR culture with a good knowledge of the HR Technology landscape, and you bring a strategic mindset to the business. In addition, you have a passion to develop, position and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles.

You will be our brand ambassador and will represent both our company and HR product solutions in front of our prospects, customers and partners. You will also act as product expert and be fully engaged in the sales cycles to understand our customers strategies and needs, prepare and configure product demonstrations to showcase how our solution fits their needs. You will also actively participate in marketing events to present and promote our solutions. Good customer advocacy skills, the ability to learn quickly along with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits is crucial.

What is expected in this role:

Together with a dedicated solution sales specialist, you are responsible for:

  • Business Process analysis to prove the value of our product for the business situation of your client

  • Identify demands within the HR/Workplace/Legal functions for our platform

  • Contribution to sales campaigns focussed on the Employee Experience solution suite, which includes HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery and Legal Service Management.

  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers’ business challenges and deliver product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.

  • Prepare, configure and deliver solution demonstrations to customers in person and virtually to showcase how our solution fits their needs and resolves their business issues.

  • Answer questions related to product features from our customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues.

  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.

  • Provide product feedback & enhancements requests to Product Management.

  • Help develop programs that enable the field sales organisation to demonstrate the value of Employee Workflows, and HR Service Management on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.

  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.

  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

To be successful in this role candidates typically have:

  • Proven experience of pre-sales solutions consulting, post-sales implementation in IT software industry, or as an HR practioner.

  • Knowledge of the Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery or HCM landscape a plus

  • Experience in delivering complex solutions to clients in multiple industries.

  • Passion for technology and experience in cloud software solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, in both business and technical concepts

  • A confident and engaging presentation style, with the ability to tell a compelling story

  • Proven track record of presenting at to a variety of stakeholders, (technical, functional and C-suite

  • Proactive and independent mindset. Fast learner with the ability to complete tasks in an organised, detailed way with minimal supervision.

  • Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales eco-system

  • Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organisation.

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to travel across the region as necessary.

Work Personas

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
