Insight Global Technical Business Analyst in Stamford, Connecticut
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical BA to sit fully remote for a large reinsurance client. This BA will be joining the Global Life Business Technology team and will work with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to understand their business needs and design, build, and operationalize the best-in-class solutions. This role is responsible for leading business requirements, analysis and testing phases of a project. The technical BA will be working on 2 projects at a time mainly consisting of a custom application project that is already in flight. They will contribute to the overall planning, technical design and implementation. Other projects this person may work on have to do with reporting, data lakes or power BI. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SQL to write queriers to bull data be able to understand data and integrate different applications.

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of experience as a technical BA working on custom application development and Power BI Projects
-Strong recent experience working on interfacing applications
-Experience working with developers and working on testing phases of projects
-Strong recent experience working with the business to guide and support them as well as lead meetings/ conversations
-Strong experience writing SQL queries to pull data / basic analysis of data
-Recent Insurance, Reinsurance or Banking Industry null
