Company Overview: Robinson Terrance Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 120-bed long term and short-term facility, located in beautiful Stamford, New York. We are proud to offer a full continuum of premium healthcare services provided by highly trained and skilled personnel with years of experience. Our commitment to our guests extends beyond having an expert staff, with state-of-the-art equipment and resources to enable them to achieve maximum success throughout their stay.
We are currently in search of an RN Unit Manager. Monday through Friday 7a-3p and a Weekend Rotation. We can also be flexible with hours. We are open to per diem Unit Managers as well.
Duties Include:
Handle supervisory duties for the unit.
Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice.
Establish the standards of care for the unit.
Review Resident records & quality of care.
Monitor overall care & review individual Residents’ cases.
Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families.
Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies.
Represent the unit's interests with the upper level management.
Requirements Include:
Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience with 1 year in Short Term Rehab.
Minimum 1-year Unit Manager experience.
Must hold valid RN License.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
