People Care Health Services Caregiver in Steamboat Springs, Colorado
POSITION: Caregiver
As a Caregiver, you will provide quality, compassionate care to clients according to their care plans. Your primary goals will be to promote consumer dignity, independence, comfort, mobility, personal appearance, and safety.
DUTIES: * Perform homemaking and personal care duties in the client's home during assigned hours and days. * Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. * Recognize the importance of a clean, healthy environment in performing household tasks and take measures to keep the home in safe condition. * Protect and respect client confidentiality, maintaining personal health information according to policy. * Complete requisite paperwork and documentation on time and accurately. * Attend applicable training and communicate other training needs to office staff. * Follow agency policies and procedures. * Communicate with office personnel on client needs and assist in coordinating care with family members.
REQUIREMENTS: * Must be 18 years of age * Must be able to legally work in the US. * Must have transportation to and from work. * Required background check and current driver's license.
No minimum education required.
WAGE: $17.00/ Hour
BENEFITS: * State required training, earning PTO/Sick time, and referral bonuses.
SHIFTS: Part-time, Full-time, and PRN available
