Tarleton State University is looking to expand its pool of applicants for potential adjunct faculty positions. We are looking for masters and doctorally-qualified candidates to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the following disciplines: Child and Family Services-family life, child life, early childhood education concentrations are preferred

Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications and Course Level

Required Education/Experience: Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in the discipline or a closely related area and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Psychology. Online courses are delivered via Blackboard and candidates for these positions should have experience with this or a similar course management system.

Preferred Education/Experience: An earned doctorate in the discipline (or closely related field) with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Child and Family Studies. Prior college teaching experience and appropriate professional certifications and/or licenses are a plus.

Adjunct instructors are hired to teach on a temporary and part-time basis. Adjunct instructors teaching courses for credit must meet the same requirements for professional and scholarly preparation as their full-time counterparts teaching in the same discipline.
