Position Summary
Position is an Internship with training in Accounts Receivable. Max hours per week 29. Responsible for providing financial, and administrative services in order to ensure efficient and accurate financial operation and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to: Processes cash receipts and handles credit balances Verifies that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Responds to questions and makes calls regarding overdue bills and billing problems Prepares invoices for emailing to customers Performs data entry of manual invoices for payment Maintains and manages Accounts Receivable customer data Prepares regular periodic and special accounting reports Maintains safe practice with Customer Credit Card information Review AR Accounts for open issues Work with Sales and Customer Service to resolve account issues Reminders to customers for past due status Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Measurements Reduction of outstanding receivable Increase in cash flow for assigned customers Qualifications-Education/ Experience
Required : High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient with Google for Work Strong communication skills Organized and able to multi-task
Preferred: Experience with AS400, QAD EE, QAD EB2 database systems
