Job Title: Facility Group Leader
Job Description
Candidates will be in charge of a Union Facility Group in a large automotive facility
They will be overseeing trades workers doing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems
The role includes managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering
Candidates will spend approximately 70% of their time walking the floor and 30% of their time on office and computer work
Responsibilities
Oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems
Manage repair schedules and order necessary materials
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Hold workers accountable to metrics, attendance, and customer service standards
Utilize computer skills for managing schedules, emails, and documentation
Walk the facility floor to monitor progress and address issues
Shift
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06
