Knowledge Management Coordinator (Mid-Career Level) Sterling Heights, MI Contract Position Knowledge Management Coordinator job in Sterling Heights, Michigan is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, you will contribute to innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage training programs for engineering teams, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting. * Organize training logistics, including rooms, equipment, security, and communication with attendees. * Maintain and update training data, including attendee lists, course feedback, and costs. * Upload knowledge artifacts to Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Management System. * Provide monthly status reports on training budgets and courses completed. * Support proposal management by extracting status reports, coordinating engineering inputs, and tracking approvals. * Compile and manage capital project data, status budget approvals, and updates. * Serve as a backup for capital planning and proposal support tasks. Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship required * Bachelor's degree required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime. Qualifications: * Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint. * Experience coordinating training and providing budget status. * Knowledge of engineering processes. Your Recruiter Still have questions?
