Steubenville Catholic Central High School is seeking an individual for an office manager position. This person must adhere to the values of the Catholic Church. This is a full time position working 12 months a year Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The office manager may be the first point of contact for internal employees as well as people contacting the office who are not working for the organization. Duties may include but are not limited to answering phone calls and referring the person to the correct individual, monitoring office supplies, maintaining student files, contacting individuals for substituting, have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including word, excel and other computer skills not mentioned, strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with parents, students, teachers and the administration, and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed in a professional manner. The office manager person works directly under the supervision of the principal and the administrative assistant to the principal.
