JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20619 Position Title: Temporary Catering Cook and Temporary Catering Food Service Assistant TTC Title and Code: Cook (DS004)/Food Service Assistant (DS006) FTE: 75% (Full time during academic year) Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Sous Chef/Catering Food Service Manager Position Summary: Catering Cook This position ensures that exceptional culinary and dining standards are attained so clients have an enjoyable dining experience with On-Point Catering. Among the standards that the USTE Cook Catering will assist with include efficient, courteous service; proper sanitation procedure; proper use and care of equipment; production of quality, wholesome, and properly prepared foods that are according to standardized menus and recipes. The ability and willingness to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, is required. Catering Food Service Assistant This position provides exceptional customer service experience within Catering that maintains effective working relationships with clients. The Catering Assistant will be responsible for leading the execution of catered events (preparation, set-up, service, breakdown, and clean-up) scheduled on-campus and off-campus. The ability and willingness to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
