We seek a highly organized, creative, and enthusiastic Coordinator of Events to join our team. The coordinator will coordinate and execute all internal events hosted by The Innovation Foundation, its departments, and three institutes Hamm Institute for American Energy, Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute, and the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education. This role will primarily operate out of The Hamm Institute for American Energy facility in Oklahoma City, Okla., but will require regular travel to Stillwater, OK.
Requires the ability to travel frequently to Stillwater, OK, and other locations as needed, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
