Responsible for the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Talent Search Program.Responsible for the management of student files, including documentation of services provided based upon program guidelines.Acts as a liaison between the target schools and post-secondary institutions which requires frequent driving to those schools. Participate in staff meetings, in-service programs, workshops, other professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.
Position requires the ability to drive a 15-passenger van and a valid driver\'s license.
Travel is required. Assigned target schools will be visited three to four days a week.\ \ Occasional after hours outreach programs or field trips required.\ \ Four 3-day summer camps required.
