Brand specialist

This role combines both the strategical and operational aspects as you will lead our branding projects but also, you will be responsible for operational tasks such as creating powerpoints and designs.

What you will do as our Brand specialist

AS our Brand specialist, you will be part of a growing team and get to work with internal and external, operational as well as strategic branding and content projects. In this role, you will plan, come up with ideas and execute on content to build and support the branding and positioning of our division.

You would also:

  • Lead and support branding projects across business areas to enhance the positioning of the Global Solutions division.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hands-on branding projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines throughout the division.

  • Demonstrate expert project management skills within a global matrix organization, navigating seamlessly through diverse tasks.

  • Drive the implementation of our brand guidelines, acting as the guardian of our brand and its consistent representation.

  • Utilize digital expertise to enhance the external and internal visibility of the division, making it shine through various channels.

  • Strategically analyze stakeholders and their needs, developing content strategies to engage target groups effectively.

  • Create and optimize content for diverse channels, including web, social media, events, webinars, internal communications, presentations, with a focus on user experience.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a branding-related role in a complex and multinational environment.

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, communication or similar.

  • A passion for branding and Marketing.

  • Experience in driving branding projects.

  • Skills in digital tools – particularly the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365

  • Any content creation experience along with branding experience is a plus.

You navigate well in the organization and collaborate across the division and our business areas. Working in a global environment calls for fluency in verbal and written English.
