This position reports into Sweden Country Lead and is based at the Solna office, Sweden.

What you will do

As Head of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading the Swedish Field Sales team and secure that we are implementing our central strategies at store level to make sure we win more consumers every day.

You will be a key player in the organization to secure that Kenvue achieves long-term growth and that we keep building strong relationships with our grocery and pharmacy stores as well as primary care centres across Sweden. You will be responsible for developing a high performing team and making sure we win at store level by maximizing the availability, visibility and HCP recommendation of our brands.

You will lead the team through two direct reporting Regional Managers, that each are responsible for a team of Territory Business Managers. The role report into the Country Lead Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Field Sales, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop the overall sales force strategy to optimize the Kenvue footprint and impact in-store.

  • Lead sales cycle planning process and set clear KPIs that are aligned with company goals.

  • Implement perfect store and must stock lists across our customers.

  • Track progress against KPIs and follow up where needed to meet targets.

  • Lead and coach Regional Managers and provide them with clear prioritizations to meet KPIs.

  • Co-drive regularly and coach Reginal Managers to maximize individual and team performance.

  • Be overall responsible for reporting tools such as MIT to make sure we have the right tools to track KPIs.

  • Manage customer segmentation to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Develop and execute yearly sales plans and challenge the status quo.

  • Lead and execute energizing sales conferences together with Regional Managers.

  • Work closely with our sales analyst and make sure we have strong reporting tools.

  • Maintain a one team-culture between the departments.

  • Drive an outside-in perspective to the entire organization.

  • Identify risks and opportunities for growth and take action to seize these opportunities

  • Adhere to Kenvue compliance requirements

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum three years leadership experience, preferably from leading a sales team at a FMCG or OTC-company.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing and coaching direct and indirect reports.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make fact-based decisions and prioritizations.

  • Excellent people skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a diplomatic way.

  • Structured and pragmatic with a strong ability to prioritize tasks based on impact.

  • Commercial mindset with strong knowledge of the Swedish OTC and consumer goods market environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Action-oriented and pragmatic approach with an ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.

  • Skilled in Microsoft 365; Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Positive mindset with a sense of humor that creates engagement within the team.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Drivers license.
