What you will do

As Head of Key Account Management, you will be responsible for deliver profitable growth across our customers in Sweden by leading a talented and senior team of key account managers. You will be a key player in the organization to secure that Kenvue achieves long-term growth and that we keep building strong relationships with our customers with a win-win and outside-in mindset. You will be responsible for developing a high performing team and making sure we constantly capture and realize growth opportunities in line with our strategy to maximize the availability of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Key Account Management your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and coach the Swedish KAM-team according to Kenvue standards.

  • Overall sales and profit-responsibility for all accounts in Sweden.

  • Development of strategic customers plans.

  • Develop senior relationships with key retailers.

  • Identify and implement customer opportunities that drive business impact.

  • Identify commercial innovation opportunities and collaborate internally to implement these.

  • Develop and lead initiatives to optimize profitability at customer level.

  • Coach and support team in customer negotiations.

  • Trade investment allocation and optimization of trade investment effectiveness and ROI.

  • Setting and tracking customer budgets.

  • Monthly and quarterly sales-forecasting and signing off monthly volume forecasts.

  • Manage customer segmentation to reflect our strategy and market opportunities.

  • Manage stakeholder contact plans to maximize customer-opportunities.

  • Maintain a “one team”-culture between the departments.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration that enables the team to achieve its goals.

  • Drive an outside-in perspective to the entire organization.

  • Adhere to Kenvue compliance requirements.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from key account management from an international FMCG or OTC-company.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing and coaching direct and indirect reports.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in handling multiple and complex negotiations.

  • Excellent people skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a diplomatic way.

  • Structured and pragmatic with a strong ability to prioritize tasks based on impact.

  • Commercial mindset with strong knowledge of the Swedish OTC and consumer goods market environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Action-oriented and pragmatic approach with an ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.

  • Skilled in Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Positive mindset with a sense of humor that creates engagement within the team.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
