How will you make an impact?

You will possess the desire, demeanor and aim to work in a commercial environment. The 12-month Commercial internship is designed to offer you the opportunity to develop insight into our broad product portfolio and introduce you to selling skills while conducting meaningful work within the team. The programme framework is crafted to allow you to grow professionally, learning invaluable skills to help you kick start your career!

What you will do?

During your programme there will be direct interactions with customers and various internal team members to develop new relationships. You will support our customers and provide the best possible sales representation for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

As part of the Biotech Inside Sales team you will work closely as a team, providing support and ideas for day to day activities. As you develop in the role you will support customers, providing them with solutions. Your engagement and level of dedication will ensure that our clients will get the right selection of products that will fit their current and future needs. Your mentorship will help navigate them through our organization and processes and receive the best support, which will ensure they are on their way to reaching their goals.

Being part of the Biotech inside sales team, you will be introduced to many diverse parts of the company and to other interns across Europe. You will have a wide portfolio of exciting tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in providing technical advice to customers proactively, educating customers on our products and services and create potential business leads to rolling out sales action plans to project and measure your business progress.

  • You will be studying towards a science degree that requires a 12-month industrial placement

  • Start date can be flexible to meet your needs

  • You have the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously

  • You enjoy working in a team

  • You also have excellent administration and organization skills and the ability to prioritize and time handle various tasks
