Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Manages forecast and supply to Nordic warehouses for approximately 100 SKUs for narcotic and non-narcotic products

  • Drives Forecast meetings with Commercial, Controllers and BI for alignment of the Consensus Demand Forecast and the financial plans. Reviews gaps versus targets and discusses business assumptions with risks and opportunities expressed in units and net sales. Agrees how to close gaps and how to handle SKU mix issues

  • Manages and plans timely and efficient supply of their portfolio based upon product life cycle stage and market demand variations

  • Participates in the preparatory meetings for all financial planning cycles and actively shares information and contributes with the supply chain perspective for their portfolio. Attends to the country specific meetings for financial planning

  • Responsible for Narcotic licenses (import/export US-BE-Nordics)

  • Manages New Artwork Implementation Planning and Expiry Date Planning

  • Proactively alerts local company and EMEA about potential supply chain disruptions. Reports and explains stock-outs

  • Communicates with manufacturing sites to ensure un-interrupted supply to the markets

  • Supports, advises, and implement plans for New Product Introduction

  • Collaborates with commercial and pricing to find solutions for growing sales where there is excess stock, to avoid destructions

  • Initiates repackaging to reduce destructions due to artwork when needed

  • Initiates artwork extensions to minimize supply risks and stock-outs

  • Maintains Master Data Planning Parameters for ERP- and Planning System

  • Supervises actual sales vs. forecast, and initiates dialogue with production when needed

  • Supervises critical metrics for their product portfolio, proposing and performing corrective actions

  • Uses Nordic intracompany shipments to avoid stock out situations

  • Provides insight to the EMEA monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle regarding market scenarios, business assumptions, risks, and opportunities

  • Creates delivery notes for SE, DK, FI

  • Runs the priority report used by the Supply Chain team members, three times per week

  • Responsible for coordinating the common Nordic Supply Chain Mailbox

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University degree, minimum a B.Sc. or three years equivalent upper education

  • Integrity and full responsibility for assigned tasks

  • Strong customer and patient focus

  • Great E2E understanding and eye for business. Willingness to collaborate across functions for improved results for J&J and Our patients.

  • Excellent communication skills, to be able to facilitate and drive meetings and discussions. Ability to understand what information partners need and to communicate proactively and clearly at all levels in the organization

  • Strong collaboration and intrapersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and act in a pro-active way. Actively looking for opportunities to build new partnerships and networks. Representing J&J Supply Chain in a professional manner

  • Highly developed influencing skills. Influencing strategic business decisions, involving LOC leadership teams, finance, commercial and others.

  • Ability to compromise with other functions to achieve the best possible outcome for J&J, sometimes with trade-offs for own function

  • Advanced analytic capabilities and interest. Understanding of different theoretical statistical models and ability to apply this knowledge in forecasting and in decisions on what products to focus on

  • Creative with a curious attitude and open to shares and discusses ideas.

  • Well developed IT skills (MS Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, QlikView; Anaplan etc.)

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Comfortable working in an international and constantly changing environment. Ability to adopt new concepts, processes, and systems quickly.

  • Willingness to contributes to an open and positive team spirit

  • Open for mentoring and coaching and willing to receive and share feedback in a positive manner.
