Aladdin, LLC, (Stowe, VT) seeks Line Cook - 6 full-time, temporary positions available 4/1/2025-10/31/2025. Hours: 11:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday; 11:00am-8:00pm Friday through Sunday. Schedule and hours may vary, rotating days off. Approximately 40 hours per week. Duties: Season and cook food according to recipes or experience. Cooking will be done in a restaurant and in mobile food trucks. Prepare traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Duties include chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces, ensuring that all culinary food preparation is produced according to the high standards for quality, visual appeal and consistency. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Cover, date and store all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventory and supplies. Clean up station & kitchen including, break down cardboard, sweep and mops floors, clean all pots, pans, flatware and utensils. Required to stand for long periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend. Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. No minimum education required, 3 months of experience required in the preparation of Mediterranean cuisine. Worksite: 1880 Mountain Rd., Unit 2, Stowe, VT 05672, transportation provided to various locations within Stowe County, Vermont. \$19.92/hour, possible OT at \$29.88/hour. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will assist worker with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are \$15.88/day without receipts or up to \$59/day with receipts.
