We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe and nurturing environment where infant s age 6 weeks to 15 months can thrive academically, socially, Spiritually and emotionally. This role requires a strong understanding of child welfare and development, as well as the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, and social development. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and express themselves. Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development. Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur in the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
